RICHLAND BUTTER is churned directly from fresh cream and is recognized as the ideal product to perfect the flavor, texture, and appearance of many foods that utilize butter.
We supply our butter to retail, food services, and industrial food processing sectors. Richland butter is made using modern, fully automated continuous butter makers from the highest quality American AA grade raw milk. Our butter is made from the physical churning of fresh pasteurized sweet cream. The high fat content of butter means that it has a high energy value. Richland Butter is typically minimum 82 % milk fat and max 16 % moisture. The removal of the non-fat constituents creates anhydrous milk fat at minimum 99.9% milk fat.
Richland’s butter and anhydrous milk fat are used in a wide variety of applications including consumer spreads, cooking, recombination of liquid milk, bakery and pastry products, confectionery, and ice cream.
Butter supplied by Richland Dairies for ingredients processing is packed in custom-sized blocks with a primary polyethylene wrap in cardboard boxes. Anhydrous Milk Fat and Butteroil are supplied in 210 kg or 20 kg drums. This product does not require refrigerated storage. We recommend that butter should always be stored under refrigeration in an odor free environment. Long-term storage can be effected by storing the product in a frozen state. 

 

Anhydrous Milkfat (AMF)

Anhydrous Milkfat (AMF) is a natural product manufactured from choice quality cream, by removing the moisture (water) and milk solids through evaporation and centrifugation. The product is solid, but will melt to a liquid at 30 degrees C or higher. Typical Milk Fat level is 99.9% with Moisture 0.1%. Has a pure, clean and buttery flavour.
Applications:
Use in the manufacture of recombined milk and milk products
Ingredient in biscuits, cakes and bakery products
Chocolate and confectionery products
Ice Cream manufacture
Cooking applications such as shallow frying, where a rich butter flavour is required

Unsalted Butter and Butter blend

Unsalted Butter is manufactured from freshly separated cream, which is deodorised, pasteurised, churned and drained, before being packed. The butter is frozen after manufacture to preserve the pure, clean and fresh flavour.
Applications:
For use in cooking and baking
Ingredient for Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery Products
For use in manufacture of recombined milk and milk products

Salted Butter

Salted Butter is manufactured from freshly separated cream, which is deodorised, pasteurised, churned, drained and salted before being packed. The butter is frozen after manufacture to preserve the pure, clean and fresh flavour.
Applications:
For use in cooking and baking
Ingredient for Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery Products
For use in manufacture of recombined milk and milk products

One Pound Unsalted Butter & Butter Blend

One Pound Butter is manufactured from freshly separated sweet cream, which is deodorised, pasteurised, churned, drained and before being packed. The butter is frozen after manufacture to preserve the pure, clean and fresh flavour.
Applications:
Works great in nearly any cooking or baking application
 Fat medium for sauteing, baking and sauces. Melted as a topping or glaze for vegetables, pasta, proteins. Clarify for saute applications.
